You know, teaming up with Jalen Brown and Tyrese Maxie and Joel Embiid and Edgecombe and that's a heck of a starting five. So if you're trying to win a title, I think that's the right move for Braun Braun is to get to Philly. If they can stay healthy, which has been a big question mark for them in the past couple of years with Embiid and missing all that time, if they if they can stay healthy, I mean that's the best team in the East.

I think he's gonna be the the pace setter in this thing. He's the lone horse with some speed early speed out there. So he's gonna set the pace. You know, i i his best speed figure is top speed figure of ninety eight was in that Kentucky Derby, which like I said, he almost won when, you know, some of these other horses, the commandments, of of the world were in it. So he's got the potential. You know, he's he's he's shown that he that he he can be the the a top horse. So he's a win contender. He's never finished outside the top three. His speed ratings have always been in the nineties. You know, some negatives for him is

You know, Todd Pletcher is winless at Saratoga in the dirt in this meet, and only twenty nine percent of his horses have finished in the money, which is kind of an eye popping stat there. And Renegade at Saratoga is you know, has not won. He's f he's raced twice and finished third in in both of those races. But you know, I I think he's a better horse than what he showed in the Belmont the last time out. I think if if he runs the race that he did in the Kentucky Derby, I think he wins.

You know, he he's a good horse when he's healthy. It's just that long layoff, like, I don't know how you bounce back from that. You know, he was his last race was the Arkansas Derby. He finished second to Renegade, who was also in this race.

You know, his they they're they're raving about his workouts. He's he's been increasingly faster in his workouts leading up to this race, so you know, maybe he's he's on the mid and and he'll get back to to his winning or his his first and second ways. But I mean he'll be a pace stalker, he'll he'll be right behind H Chiponcho. His highest speed figure is a ninety three, which happened in his last race in the Arkansas Derby. So if he can run in the that ninety three sh speed figure range, I think he he'll be in the money, like he has been his entire career. I don't think he'll win.

You know, he started 2026 with three straight wins, including that Florida Derby, Derby prep and and the Fountain of Youth as well. He had a rough rough go of it in the Derby. He's one of the Derby favorites, Kentucky Derby favorites, had a rough go of it down the stretch, got bumped around, kinda got roughed up, finished a disappointing seventh.

bounce back a little bit in the Belmont was pro was he the if he wasn't the favorite, he was probably what one of the top two choices. Finishes second to Golden Tempo. Was he six to one? Okay. But I mean finish bounce back a little bit, finishes second in the Belmont. To me, he's the he's the most talented horse in the field. He's definitely a win contender. Brad Cox is gonna go with the blinkers on this one, in this race.
